About us: This store is operated by Indiflora Products LLP, Khasra No. 82/12, 82/11/1 & 82/11/2, Firni Road, Village Mundka, New Delhi – 110041 ("VANDANAM").

Products & pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The minimum order value is ₹299. Prices, combo offers and the product range may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders: An order is confirmed only after our verification (for COD, via call or WhatsApp confirmation) and, for prepaid orders, successful payment. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability — with a full refund of any amount paid.

Payments: Prepaid payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment partners. Cash on Delivery is available on orders of ₹399 and above and requires confirmation on your WhatsApp number; unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.

Product use: Incense and dhoop products involve open flame. Burn on a fireproof surface, away from flammable material, out of reach of children and pets, in a ventilated space. Never leave burning products unattended. We are not liable for damage arising from unsafe use.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — the VANDANAM name, logo, images and text — belongs to Indiflora Products LLP and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law & disputes: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
