Shipping policy
Where we ship: Pan-India, from our factory in Mundka, New Delhi.
Charges:
- Minimum order value: ₹299
- FREE delivery on all orders of ₹399 and above
- Orders between ₹299–₹399: delivery charge shown at checkout
Timelines: Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on your pincode (metros faster, remote pincodes longer). You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
COD orders: Cash on Delivery is available on orders of ₹399 and above. Every COD order is confirmed on call or on your WhatsApp number before dispatch — please reply to our confirmation message; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
Prepaid discount: From time to time we may offer a discount for paying online at checkout; any live offer is shown on the website.
